Today I’m going to show you the photos from my fourth day of Milan Fashion Week!!
I had the pleasure to see alot of fashion shows: Frankie Morello, Maurizio Pecoraro, Luisa Spagnoli presentation, Fisico, Antonio Marras, Ter Et Bantine, Aquilano Rimondi e Philipp Plein.
I had alot of fun at the Philipp Plein after Party. I danced with John and we drank until midnight :)

Oggi pubblico le foto del quarto giorno trascorso a Milano per la Fashion Week!!
Ho avuto il piacere di vedere molte sfilate: Frankie Morello, Maurizio Pecoraro, presentazione di Luisa Spagnoli, Fisico, Antonio Marras, Ter Et Bantine, Aquilano Rimondi e Philipp Plein.
E’ stato davvero divertente partecipare anche all’after Party di Philipp Plein, io e John abbiamo ballato e bevuto fino a mezzanotte :-)

FRANKIE MORELLO
The collection is very original and full of colours for a young and energetic woman. All the items are inspired by wrestling, there are athletics shorts with slashes on the sides and oversize tees with geometrical prints on. The icon of this collection is a lightning bolt which is on tees, bracelets and earrings.
Collezione davvero originale e piena di colore per una donna giovane ed estremamente energica. Tutti gli abiti presentati s’ispirano al mondo del wrestling, con pantaloncini da atleta con spacchi laterali e maglie con decorazioni geometriche e rigorosamente oversize. Tema, o meglio, simbolo portante della collezione una piccola saetta proposta su maglie, bracciali ed orecchini.
MAURIZIO PECORARO
Maurizio Pecoraro breaks in the world of art. In his collection there are the minimalist brush strokes by the korean artist Ufan Lee, the frames by Robert Mapplethorpe and the floreal drawings by Irving Penn.There’s a large use of canvas and juta like they were real canvas to paint on. There are basic and rounded silhouettes that give the idea of a “modern chic” style.
Maurizio Pecoraro irrompe nel mondo dell’arte. Nella sua collezione si trovano le pennellate minimaliste dell’artista Koreano Ufan Lee, i fotogrammi di Robert Mapplethorpe e ancora i disegni floreali di Irving Penn. Grande utilizzo di tela, juta e tela paracadute proprio come fossero una tela da pittore. Silhouette dalle linee basiche e stondate che suggeriscono il nuovo “chic moderno”.
LUISA SPAGNOLI PRESENTATION
Luisa Spagnoli designed a very innovative, young and colourful collection made of new shapes. By now I don’t want to tell anymore :)

FISICO
Another collection means there is another place where to get inspiration from. Fisico collection by Cristina Ferrari is inspired by the Mediterranean and the far Tunisia and Greece. This combination make the identity and sex appeal stronger. However its soul is rock-diamond so how can we renounce to skinny pants and aggressive minidresses?
Altra collezione, altra zona da cui trarre ispirazione. La collezione Fisico di Cristina Ferrari ha il gusto delle terre del Mediterraneo, mescolate a quelle lontane della Tunisia e della Grecia. Un bel meltin’pot che rafforza l’identità e il sex appeal. Tutto senza dimenticarci che l’anima resta rock-diamond, quindi, come rinunciare a skinny pants e minidress dall’animo aggressivo?
ANTONIO MARRAS
My vote is 10+: we were all sit around small tables for four people in a room which looked like a tea room with fournishing and fittings matching together. It was very suggestive. The collection is that kind who leaves its mark without being too eccessive. There are mainly pastel coloured bon ton dresses and geometrical prints. There’s a mix of warm and coarse fabrics to stimulate your touch because, apart from the eye, you should also please your hand!
Voto 10+ alla location: tutti seduti attorno a piccoli tavoli da 4 persone in una cornice tipo sala da thè con mobili e suppellettili in coordinato tutt’attorno. Molto suggestivo. La collezione è una di quelle che lasciano il segno senza per forza osare troppo. Quasi per interno vengono presentati abiti bon-ton con colori pastello su trame geometriche. Mix di tessuti caldi e ruvidi su trame grezze per stimolare il tatto perché anche la mano, oltre all’occhio, vuole la sua parte!
TER ET BANTINE
The collection seems not being following a common theme apart from the extreme minimalism. The woman presented by the creative director Manuela Arcari is basic when it comes about shapes and colours, White, black and beige are used together. The only “change of direction” are the rare abstract textures and the big horizontal lines.
La collezione sembra non avere un vero e proprio discorso comune al di fuori del minimalismo più estremo. Quella che ci presenta il direttore creativo Manuela Arcari è una donna essenziale nelle forme come nei colori, rigorosamente mischiati tra bianco, nero e beige in tinta unita. Unici “cambi di direzione” gli sporadici inserimenti di texture a grafismi astratti o l’uso di grandi righe orizzontali.
AQUILANO RIMONDI
On the catwalk, tunics tight in the waist are dominant, the belts matches the colours selected by the brand for next hot season: form green to blue, from purple to light blue. The rhomb shape is on the sandals too, the heels and ankle lace reminds to that shape. As said in the press folder, the inspiration comes directly from art: the amazing painter Picasso and the Comedy of Art.
La passerella è stata dominata da tuniche strette in vita da cinture abbinate alle tinte selezionate dal brand per la prossima stagione calda: dal verde al bluette, dal viola al celeste. Anche i sandali propongono il motivo a rombo, sia nei tacchi sia nell’allacciatura alla caviglia. L’ispirazione, come dichiarato dalla cartella stampa, pesca direttamente dagli ambienti d’arte come le opere ispiratrici del grande pittore Picasso e gli scritti della Commedia dell’Arte.
PHILIPP PLEIN
Is surely one of the most refined designers to be always updated about. He has shown many times he has good tastes and loves luxury. This time he didn’t fall short of expectations: the location became a super modern Versailles. There were forbidden dances and crystal chandelier were mixed with studded punk objects. The main verb seems to be “to dare”. That’s why couture items are mixed together with street style looks. All over floreal prints, a large use of animalier, complete looks made of white and gold. He’s never predictable and always extreme.
E’ sicuramente uno degli stilisti più ricercati e da tenere d’occhio. Ha più volte dimostrato di avere gusto e di amare il lusso e, anche questa volta, non ha tradito le aspettative: la location trasformata in una Versailles ipermoderna, danze proibite, giochi e incontri tra lampadari pieni di cristalli e oggetti borchiati dal sapore punk. La parola d’ordine sembra essere “osare”. E’ così che in passerella pezzi couture si mescolano con pezzi dal sapore street. Stampe a fiori all over, grande uso di animalier, abbinamenti di bianco e oro dalle scarpe alla testa. Mai scontato e sempre sul filo dell’estremo.
